Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Report Recon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
Nature of Service
Report Recon is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze credit reports and generate dispute letters based on detected violations. The output is informational and educational in nature.

User Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your credit reports and all personal data you upload to Report Recon. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all generated dispute letters before sending them to credit bureaus or creditors. You acknowledge that submitting inaccurate or fraudulent disputes may have legal consequences.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Report Recon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
